Our Story
Capital Sporting Professional Football Association is a new soccer club proudly rooted in Parkland County, Alberta — and born directly from the success of Capital-SP Academy, one of the region's most trusted youth soccer development programs.
For over 10 years, Capital-SP Academy has equipped young athletes in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and the surrounding communities with the skills, confidence, and character needed to excel on and off the pitch. Now, that same commitment to excellence is being channelled into a full professional club environment — raising the bar for competitive soccer in Alberta.
CSPFA will bring a data-driven, player-first philosophy to club soccer: rigorous Long Term Player Development (LTPD) principles, certified professional coaching, and the accountability that every serious player and family deserves.
